Tell me more about your prints

Chicago Gamespace offers an online and onsite gallery of high-quality giclee prints primarily created by video game artists. Unless specified, most prints are offered as open editions. Customers can choose between framed or unframed options. Prints are offered in variable sizes; the standard size is typically 11 x 17 inches.

What forms of payment do you take?

We accept major credit cards and PayPal for payments.

What happens once I place an order?

Once an order is placed, Chicago Gamespace processes the payment and sends the order details to its fabrication and fulfillment partner and the print is then dropshipped directly to you. Customers receive a confirmation email with tracking information once their order has been shipped.

How long does it take to ship?

Please allow about 2 - 3 weeks for delivery. Larger, framed and international orders take longer in general to ship. International transit times vary according to how long an item remains in customs. The customer is responsible for all custom and duty fees billed by the destination country. For Christmas, holiday shoppers in the U.S., please place your order by December 7th to ensure arrival before December 25th.

What if my print arrives damaged?

If your order arrives damaged or if you are not satisfied with your purchase, please email chicagogamespace@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item. We will gladly offer a replacement or a full refund, including shipping.

What if I want to return my purchase?
Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Returned items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging. Unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the item is received.
